Hi I'm wanting to switch my broadband to plusnet though I'd like to talk customer service beforehand but I'm unable to find any live chat button whatsoever here or the other site and I would prefer not having to call. Can I have some help with accessing either that or a customer service email? Thanks

You should see a live chat button on this page:

If you can't, make sure any ad blockers are disabled and pop-ups and redirects allowed. Or try a different browser.
