3 days not internet

3 days without internet and without customer service. I work from home and I'm new to Talk Talk, although friends already told me that they didn't give a good service, now I've checked it by myself.

The bosses don't forgive, unfortunately I have to find another provider. and I lost 3 days of my Christmas holidays. Unforgivable

Sorry to see this. If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
