      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tonight I'm noticing a few latency jumps on and off, and when doing a few trace routes it looks to be the second hop. The lookup for that is showing AS9105 TalkTalk Communications Limited, L11 Liverpool. This is after a router restart as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/63051i2A03438212021EB9/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" border="0" alt="Traceroute.png" title="Traceroute.png" /&gt;</description>
