    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for you reply. Yes l did that after l couldnt get thr router to connect after reset. It said they are looking into it and try again in a few days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont use my landline phone. Prev tennant didnt have any problems with his broadband and l beleive he was also w TT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved home on the 22 Dec and fibre 65 broadband has been working fine even though it has been slow but this morning when l woke up the broadband has stopped working and the&amp;nbsp;router has a a slow flashing light. I have tried to rest but its not helped. What can l do to get it connected? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried running the tests available in the Service Centre? Is all OK with your phone service?&lt;/P&gt;
