I think I need a new router.

I have broadband with a ethernet connection to my pc. I have no wifi to my tv or phone.

I have restarted the router a couple of times and reset it at the back with a paper clip, all to no avail. The router is showing a dim blue light.

I have restarted my phone and tv and there is no wifi signal.

How do I get anew router?

PS why does the talktalk phone number or chat option not work? not pleased with your level of customer service at all.
