Equipment returns - no box?

So cancelled and received a returns bag, but have no box to ensure the router is returned in one piece.
Do TT provide a box, or do they expect us to keep the original box to return it in the bag..... or are they happy just to have it returned loose in the bag?
Will have to place an amazon order if they need it returned in a box lol

It's fine to return it in the bag, we don't provide a box to return it in.
