      <description>&lt;P&gt;The price does not increase during the fixed contract term. Once out of contract after the fixed term ends the price does not increase until the annual increase when the price will go up by just the Consumer price index rate of inflation. You won't get the extra 3.7% added on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
