      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband in my area was down last weekend and dropping on and off Monday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to third party workmen damaging cables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway I would like to know how you go about getting compensation for the days it was down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
