    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/514505"&gt;@atachi&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info" target="_blank"&gt;community profile&lt;/A&gt; to include :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Your name&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on (this is shown in ‘My Account’) &lt;STRONG&gt;OR&lt;/STRONG&gt; add your account number to the ‘private notes’ section if you have Full Fibre with no landline&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;An alternative contact number&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk Support Team on this community can see your profile details).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Request for technician</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You recently sent a new eero box because our Broadband abruptly stopped working. We have followed the set up instructions but it is not working and we cannot get WIFI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Eero itself goes blue. However, the modem does not turn on green at the Lan sign.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have checked all the wirings and everything has been connected correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, after several attempts we keep seeing the same error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The eero has been set up correctly, registered and the necessary information inputted, such as the WIFI name and password. We have been without WIFI for a long time, and it took 2 and a half hours on the phone to you before an eero was sent out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can we urgently have a technician.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
