I have just replaced my Talk Talk router with one sent out by Talk Talk because my internet kept dropping out to our laptops, tablets and mobile phones; Talk Talk seemed to think this was the cause. My VPN has now stopped working and I cannot log onto my works server.

This happened last year and TalkTalk were unable to fix this for over 3 weeks. I logged the fault on here, and within 24 hours the problem was rectified.

Please help me and fix it again as I have contacted TalkTalk via telephone and I'm wasting my time.

I need to log on to my works server tomorrow afternoon.

Regards

Rob

Hi Rob,

Would you like me to update your router firmware now, it can take up to 10 minutes to complete?

Chris
