My offer for broadband is £29.95 a month for 18 months.

I used to pay yearly up front fort a good discount.

Is this no longer available?

I'm not sure whether paying a year upfront is still available or not.

Is that offer in your MyAccount? Online renewals are best avoided. The best deals are always available by contacting the Loyalty/Better value Team.

Im not aware that we have stopped the pre-pay fibre option. Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available
