Hello,

Router - Sagemcom FAST 5364 3.00
Firmware version - SG4K100158

Since - 17/02/23 last Friday morning - after the router had a firmware upgrade, I've been having the following problems -
1. Work VOIP phone has stopped working
2. Smart meter display stopped connecting to the internet
3. WhatsApp calls not working
4. VPNs are not working, work and personal

- After looking at some other posts, I've tested it on medium and can confirm these do work on the medium setting. But I do not want the firewall setting on medium, I want it on high. Why has the firmware made it break on high? When and how can this be put back on high?

- This happened before on 02/05/22 - and is very disruptive for me when I'm working from home. Is this likely to keep happening with every upgrade? Last time the situation was resolved by yourselves.
- Can my router please have the firmware upgrade that will fix this?

Thanks

Hello,

UPDATE - Your router firmware has now updated to V174. This should resolve the firewall issue. Please let us know if you experience any further issues.

Thanks
