Fault on the line

I have been experiencing a fault for the past few days on my line. I received a e mail stating that if I keep experiencing problems to contact this media. My download speed keeps dropping and is erratic, my router is dropping my connection. I have tried running from the test connection and re setting my router but to no avail. I suspect it may be a router problem as I borrowed a router from a friend and my connection appered to run OK. My master socket is a openreach mark 4 and my router is connected directly to the master socket. t

My current router model is the one that was issued after the Huawai one there does not appear to be any model No on it I have also tried replacing the cables but this makes no difference.

Hi shipboard

Thanks for your reply.

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
