Very slow broadband speed

Hi, currently getting 1.2 Mbps download and 2.9 Mbps upload. If I reboot the router and leave it off for 30 minutes, it will go back to about 19 Mbps (its "normal" speed) for a while. It gradually slows down again over the next 24 hours to the current speed until I reboot the router again. Clearly this is not ideal. It has been like this for over a week (that I've noticed). What can you advise?

Update - fault identified and reported. Openreach are (or will be) on the case.
