can't connect to vpn for work

I'm trying to use my company global protect vpn and as soon as I'm connected to vpn, I can't access any websites or apps anymore. However, when I use EE mobile data everything works fine. My router model is DSL-3782. Is there a way to fix this?

We can send a replacement router, would this be ok? We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.
