Hi,

our router has failed in that the internet dropped yesterday at 5.30pm and on checking the router it was flashing orange continuously. I did everything the troubleshoot guide suggests, on/off for 30 mins, reset, tried test port, tested line, all multiple times but ended up using the live chat and all the sickly messages about customer service that comes with that.

after 1hr 30 I was told the problem is my end, but we now have to wait 5 days for an engineer to visit so I accepted. I left the router off over night but this morning the issue remains. I’ve seen people on here being sent routers out so why was this not an option for us?

I work overseas and return prior to the engineer appointment and my wife is not tech savvy enough to be able to reconnect all of the devices to the hub. I was told this is our only option, is there a way to get a replacement router to try without waiting for the engineer?
