      <title>Replacement router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ho , sadly my router is not working and hasn't been since Wednesday. I have reported the fault and gone through online and on the phone all of the checks to ascertain that the line is ok but the router is not. I simply now need a replacement router.&amp;nbsp; I have an engineer who is coming out to check that it is indeed the router which is faulty despite the undeniable evidence that it is. The appointment is for 6 days from now. I am in despair as I need to be online every day for work.&amp;nbsp; How can I get a replacement please can anyone help ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If they agree that a replacement router is required they may be able to arrange that for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
