Trouble downloading

I am have trouble downloading games to my ps5.. I can not download any of my ps5 games. The ps5 works fine, but my download speed is slow and sluggish, I have tried resetting the router and moving the router, the router is five years old.

Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do

Please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-

What package are you on?
What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
If you log into the router, what speed does it show there for the internet link? I can be more precise when I know which router you have
If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?

Can I just confirm, are the speeds only slow when downloading games or at all time? Have you also tried running the speed tests wired to see how the speeds compare?
