Hi, one of my my powerline adapters has stopped working - there's no lights at all on it. I have tried resetting it and re-pairing it but with no luck. Any advice is welcome! Thanks

I have tried all of the options but still nothing, still no lights on one box.

What is the next step please? Can Talk Talk send me out a new one?

How old are the powerline adapters? Did we send these to you or did you order these directly from our online store?
