      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my bill on 7th March and I'm still without internet I've now had a second bill which I'm refusing to pay as I was told that i would be compensated for no service please can somebody contact me regarding this as I'm not happy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the problem is actually resolved, Talktalk will calculate the automatic compensation, details of which are here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Not paying meanwhile can affect your credit rating and that should be avoided at all costs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
