Hello,

For some time now I have two main issues with my router.
1) It restarts by itself after very slight touch to some cables, not sure which one, there is a pack of them under my desk, sometimes I move them gently and router restarts. When I try to do it on purpose I can't find the one which might be causing the issues.
2) For few weeks now my Wi-Fi seems to be working not as good as it was before. Previously it was working fine on the other side of the house, even in the back garden, now it is still connected but internet does not work there.

My router: Huawei-HG633

Not sure if it is router issue, I was trying to search for a stronger one, but none is available in Talk-Talk shop.

Thanks for any help.

Hi @Queltas,

Your second issue could be caused by Wi-Fi interference, but seeing as the first issue might require a replacement router, it probably isn't worth trying to diagnose that second issue just yet.

The support team here will be back tomorrow, and they will be able to advise what best to do next, they may suggest that they send you a replacement router to try, as the more modern routers do tend to have a slightly better Wi-Fi range, so that may also help with your second issue too.
