Hello,

A Talk Talk engineer recently visited to extend my master socket a short distance, however when he arrived he wasn't able to complete the job as he didn't have any jelly clips with him. I hope I won't be charged for this!?

After thinking about it a little more, I'd now like to move the master socket into a different room several meters away. I understand I need Openreach to do this but can't seem to contact them. Do I need to arrange this through Talk Talk?

moving a socket is chargeable, and does have limits to where they can move this to,
