Hello

Hope that this is the right place for this. Trying to sort out my parents wifi problems. They had a Huaewi HG633 which was producing speeds of 33Mbps, but was having intermittent connectivity issues. A replacement Sagemcom came today and I have connected it and double checked all the cabling. However it is only managing 3.5Mbps now.

Just wondering if anyone can suggest a solution

Many thanks

When you swapped their router over, did you leave at least 30 minutes between the HG633 being on the line & then connecting the Sagemcom?

Is this the speed on the router or a speed test? If a speed test, is this on a wired or wireless connection?

Morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. Just to confirm, did you try the 30 minute router power down as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speeds? Are you also running the speed tests wired or wireless?

Thanks
