      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Evening.&amp;nbsp; Can you please advise how I would be able to get a replacement power cable for my router.&amp;nbsp; The cable has become faulty, and will not charge the router.&amp;nbsp; I have had this power cable for over 10 years as a talktalk customer, and wonder if you would be able to replace for me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.&lt;/P&gt;
