Move home - unable to connect broadband

Hi,

I just moved home today, the Enginneer came this morning and told me the network will be ready in 15mins. So, its been an hour, I kept connecting the wifi and errors shown - either ‘you do not have permission to view this directory or page’ or ‘500’.
