After 6 years of being a loyal customer I am now off to a new ISP. Had enough. The new ISP offers a social broadband package with NO price hikes, 12 month contract, auto renew and the same speed I get with talktalk all for £20.</P><P>I did not want to move to a new ISP but you have caused this.
