Renewing contract

I have a letter telling me my contract is due for renewal soon, and it gives 3 contracts to choose from, then it says head to my Account to see them , but there is nothing there has per screen shot !.

Yes thanks, was trying to edit it, but couldn't , I would rather do it online, am at work can't use a phone !.

Normally this information can be found within the 'Offers & Upgrades' section of 'My Account' especially when due for renewal
