I'm having a problem with my work connection. IT department said it could be connected to VPN. How do I get this resolved?

What model router do you have, and do you get any errors when using VPN ?

Router is Huawei HG633. There's definitely a problem because I tried work laptop on neighbor's broadband and all was ok. Very grateful if this can be resolved.
