Hi

All line tests are clear and I'm showing sync at 32mb. Estimates for your line are 26-29mb, so this is above predicted.

Are you testing the speeds wired direct from the router (not over wifi) ?

Can you also test via Sam Knows Speedtest to compare the result with the TalkTalk speed test. It is always good practice to never rely on a single speed test site as the results will inevitably vary, so using a couple will give a clear average.

Thanks

Karl.

I run a connection and speed test on my line and both were negative results. Regarding the connection it states that there is a problem and it is being worked on, the speed test showed that the speed was below the minimum that I should be receiving which is 24Mbps. My computer is intermittingly losing the internet connection,. This is occuring on a daily basis, I might add that I experienced this a couple of months ago and you supplied me with a new router. This seemed to solve the problem for a couple of months hoever the same problems have started again. Can you enlighten me as to what the problem is, and what the parameters are for claiming compensation for speeds below my guaranteed minimum speed.

shipboard.

Concerning compensation, @shipboard, this would not be covered by the automatic compensation scheme:
