    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;I requested broadband for my Home:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;XXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;under my email&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;XXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried to login into my account, it says that I have no account. As well as I do not receive an email confirming my order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please let me know when it is possible to get broadband, I really need it as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can only find 1 order which was cancelled on the 30th May.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can only advise to place a new order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
