      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi a fault has been reported could someone chase up the new router , the fault ref is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;REP-12913818&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the router is completely dead , no lights at all , mains socket is ok , did speak to support and they said one would be sent out , but not heard anything&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
