      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just have received my replacement router as the old one developed a fault. I was told by your customer services that I should return the faulty unit however no returns label / bag&amp;nbsp; has been provided. I was also told that if i don't return the faulty unit I will be charged!&amp;nbsp; Please can you arrange for bag/returns label to be sent to me ASAP.
