Who the hell do I talk to to sort out my problems?

openreach came and sprayed paint around the manhole outside my house and promptly buggered off.

has been two weeks now and still no resolution.

The fault is in hand with Openreach. Dig work is required to expose an underground joint. This will be passed to an excavation team (contractor) before Openreach engineers can then attend.

They have given an estimated date for completion of 2/6/2023.
