Hi

all TalkTalk branded eeros will stop working when off the TalkTalk network.

This is mentioned in the T&C's to customers who are issued with this equipment and should return this to TalkTalk when they leave.

Thanks

Karl.

I have two TalkTalk “branded” Eero 6 units from different sellers on Ebay. They’ve worked fine on my BT fibre for months.

Yesterday following on from a short power outage my network wouldn’t connect to the internet and they had both gone into “setup mode”.

So I binned the network and reinstated it - but both units fail on the “Registering” part of the setup process and I can’t progress.

Anybody had something similar and managed to resolve?

I’ve reached out to Eero support and provided serial numbers but await a reply.

As you are not a TalkTalk customer you cannot expect support here I'm afraid. Have you asked BT?
