I had a delivery of my new 'You View Box'. How ever on opening it I found there was

an item missing and one item that was not needed. However I attempted to connect up but because of these two items no matter what I did no joy. I was annoyed with the two telephone numbers I called he was quite rude. I have been trying for the past twoi days to get hold of someone help. If this carries on for much longer I will close my contract with TalkT.alk

Can you tell 7s the items please?

TalkTalk don't supply YouView boxes anymore, so can you confirm the model number ( they may have found one for you).

If it's a replacement YouView box the remote from your old box will work, if that was the missing item, and all leads should just be swapped over.

If you can confirm the model numbers and missing item we can tailor the response to your issue

Thank you.
