What steps can be taken to resolve the 'unknown issue' preventing the LG 43UM7500PLA TV from reconnecting to the internet after a brief broadband interruption, despite entering the password multiple times and restarting the TV?

Are you connected wireless? Do you have to split the SSID's and connect on 2ghz or 5ghz?
