Hi everyone.. i joined Talk Talk in Sept last year and couldn't be happier with the service. I have recently left my job to become my sons full-time carer. Are there any discounts or additional help i can get to help reduce my monthly bill?

You need to see out your current contract and then haggle tooth and nail when you renew.

Don't go for a new contract ahead of when the current one expires as trying to renew too early would attract extra admin fees.

So, for the time being, leave well alone.
