Just to confirm, this happens on wired and wireless connections?

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes?

Since replacing my router to FAST5364 l've had an issue with short breaks (a few seconds) when browsing with Edge and switching pages on Ebay, also loading pictures is sometimes incomplete. This is sometimes accompanied by a message about a network change, the internet icon changes but the router light is unaffected. The connection speed has been tested and is OK to the router but drops about 3Mb to the computer which are connected by cable. So speed is only about 26Mb/s to the PC (not faster fibre). l also sometimes get a message about high memory usage but this does not appear to be linked to this and may be another issue. Talktalk have done a line test which did not show any faults

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked and your router has the latest firmware version. The line test is also clear.

Would you like me to send another router for testing to rule out any possible issues with your current router?

I've checked the connection stats and the connection appears to be stable.

I can only see 1 recent drop in connection.
