Some websites not working fully.

Been having issues recently visiting certain websites.

Facebook - page loads up and all text but images and reels don't load at all.

Instagram - similar to facebook, posts load up but images and videos don't or load very slowly.

google play store - Apps aren't downloading at all.

Youtube - videos load very very slowly.

This happens across all devices when connected to the wifi network. When I switch to data on my phone everything works fine...

Been happening for about two weeks now. Wondering if anyone had any ideas what might be the issue, the connection health check thing says no issues.

Morning Jack,

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try powering down your router for a full 30 minutes and then retest again please. This will reset/clear the current session and can often increase/improve the thoughput speeds.
