Hello,

I received a message on my TV telling me ITV hub was closing at the end of Nov'. I went on chat to try and get information regarding my options, I got no joy.

I'm on fast broadband (fibre is not available in my area) and have youview plus box 372T.

What will I need to allow me to get ITVX once the hub has closed down?

Was this on your TV itself, or on your TalkTalk YouView box? The latter have made an announcement. You will have to find another device to access ITVX I am afraid. The good news is that there are many available.

ITV are closing down the ITV Hub and have made the decision not to bring the ITV X App to the legacy youview boxes.

You can contact our teams and request a new 4K TV Box. If out of contract, you will be asked to renew. Also, you Will need to add TalkTalk entertainment to your package at £5 per month and this covers the box rental and gives access to additional content on the box as well as access to add Netflix or Now TV items to your package via my account.
