      <title>Talktalk don't recognise that I am no longer a customer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have moved to new provider (NOW broadband) and haven't been receiving talktalk internet for over a month. &amp;nbsp;I believe in this case my new provider needs to place a cease order on the account. &amp;nbsp;For whatever reason, this doesn't seem to have happened, according to TalkTalk service reps. &amp;nbsp;I have asked my new provider to issue this but TalkTalk still treats me as a customer. &amp;nbsp;I want to get a final bill and I also want TalkTalk to stop requesting payment for a service that I am not using. I have cancelled the direct debit but I believe I am due a refund from the first month with my new provider, and moreover would like talktalk to acknowledge &amp;nbsp;that I am no longer a customer. &amp;nbsp;How can do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you moved to NOW did you ask them to take over the existing number? &amp;nbsp;Usually when another provider takes over the number this starts the cancellation process at our side, I have checked your account and we have not received this request from NOW.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To cancel call the loyalty team on&amp;nbsp;03451720088.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
