      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since 2nd Nov, there is no internet at home. The most annoying thing is - how TalkTalk is handled this situation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. When you want to try to get an update over phone , waiting time everytime has been over 45mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. When you want to get an update via chat, waiting time similar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The feeback from talktalk is 'we have escalated this issue and will be dealt urgently'. there is no resolution time!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are the worst service providers I have ever used&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone has an 'escalation' contact number which connects quickly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/531524"&gt;@samirpatki&lt;/a&gt;, no there isn't an escalation phone number, just the usual 03451 720088, which will close at 6pm today and reopen from 9am on Monday&amp;nbsp; - staff on the forum will be back after the weekend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's not resolved by then you will start to qualify for automatic compensation, but it won't be calculated until after it's resolved and then takes a month to come through:&lt;/P&gt;
