&lt;P&gt;Talktalk can only confirm information for the account holder, not you as a third party.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Talktalk has not correctly processed the cancellation, staff can look into this - if the landlord was out of contract, they would need to have given Talktalk 30 days' notice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A line can cease sooner, if a new order has been received, so that the landlord receives an alert to confirm leaving or staying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or you can arrange with the landlord to become the new account holder, if you are wanting to be a Talktalk customer, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/531943"&gt;@JinglingXu&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For data protection reasons we cant discuss someone else's account with a non account holder, Your landlord will need to call us on &amp;nbsp;03451720088 &amp;nbsp;to discuss the cancellation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
