    <description>&lt;P&gt;They rather bafflingly call it £X .00 for so many months, but, unless you have the Fixed Price Plus (more expensive than the normal discounted price) your tariff is subject to the April CPI+ 3.7% increase (read the Ts&amp;amp;Cs, linked at the foot of the page, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535767"&gt;@Paulyboy1&lt;/a&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Another thing that can cause a change is if a discounted boost price expires or the boost price increases. That's not part of the core contract, as a boost can be removed any time after a month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
