Internet speed problems - Why is it impossible to talk to a human

How do I get to talk to a Human.

After trying to get through to someone via the phone and being directed to doing it via the website, then spending a hour waiting in a chat room to be ignored I need to talk to a human to get my broadband issue resolved.

There can be a delay when you try to contact TalkTalk via phone, or live chat. If you can tell us a bit more about the problem then the support team here will be happy to help. Bear in mind that this isn't real time support though, they will be back online in the morning.
