      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Evening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ‘chatted’ with Technical Support yesterday evening regarding a broadband fault and they were able to test and confirm that my router was faulty and that a new one would be sent to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve checked My Account today and a Wi-Fi Hub shows as a ‘pending order’ but when I click on the link there is no further information - indeed the page suggests that there are no ‘Open Orders’.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there something else I can do to confirm despatch?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im happy to confirm that I have my replacement router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Delivered by Yodel Saturday evening - WiFi ‘up and running’ again in less than 48 Hrs. since reporting fault. Very pleased with service received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
