Is this just a problem with WiFi?

Can you access the internet on devices connected to the router via ethernet cable?

Have you tried a full factory reset of the router?

I have been without broadband connection for two days. I am using my work computer to send this message. The message I'm getting is that network Talktalk is limited and I'm trying to connect to an unsecure wifi network. I'm unable to get onto any websites. I've unplugged and re-started my router, I've done all the troubleshooting checks. Has anyone else had this problem, and what is the answer?

Hi AAK956

I'm really sorry to hear this.

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and the line is showing in sync and connected.

Are you still experiencing this fault?

Thanks
