Some staff will be back on here on the 27th - they should be able to run some diagnostics and, if speeds are still below the guaranteed minimum, send an engineer.

Till then, you can only persevere with Talktalk customer support directly.

Hello

My broadband speed is guaranteed at 16 but has been consistently less than this (4 at router; or 1 to the device!).

What can I do about this? Can I reclaim money back from talk talk for this service for which I have notified the problem already?

Thanks! 🙂

6ood luck with that. I moved home in September and since I went 'live' I've had around 12 engineer visits as the service has been shocking. It's hoped it'll be fixed by 26th December but not sure which year they mean! 😂
