    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a call yesterday regarding replacement of new router and a refund. &amp;nbsp;The call lasted for up to 4 hours adjusting on my iPad. &amp;nbsp;Was this &amp;nbsp;a scam?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have cancelled my credit cards but I pad not working as before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was initially told an engineer would come today at 10.00.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very stressed please reply and give me a telephone number so I can resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Wise to block all cards. Check for viruses and malware.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It does appear to be a scam, there are no notes regarding any faults on your line, If you are unsure the call is genuine best option is to hang up and call us back.&lt;/P&gt;
