TALKTALK8E9642 lost pw. Please help with conbectivity password. I am struggling to use my computer to order food for carers to feed me and my mobile is old with a broken battery / not charging. I need a new phone to connect to my wifi to communicate with friends, family, order food delivery etc. Please help

The wifi password is on a pull out tab on the back of the router. If you need any further assistance just let us know

@Stephen801, Talktalk doesn't supply landline or mobile handsets, but if you are able to get a new mobile device, you could use data that comes with its package just to put in an order.

The password for your router is attached to the router - both on a sticker and a removable card.

Edit: you already have the new phone and are needing to set up the wi-fi password on it? Solution is above, and, if the card is missing, the sticky label also gives you the required information.
